Our Organic Cavallina Multivarietal is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from the union of several cultivars present in our olive grove in Montalbano, Tuscany. Produced 100% from Tuscan olives grown according to the strict standards of organic farming, this blend represents the essence of our hills thanks to its unique aroma and flavor.

To keep intact the organoleptic qualities of our oil, we recommend storing it in a cool and dry place, away from light and heat sources. The dark bottle is designed to protect the oil from oxidation.

Recommended uses

Bruschetta, red meats, vegetable and legume soups.
