Our Monovarietale Frantoio is an organic extra virgin olive oil obtained 100% from the pressing of Tuscan olives of Leccino variety. Grown on our hills of Montalbano, the olives of the Leccino cultivar follow the strict standards of organic farming.

Organoleptic profile:
- Color: Yellow with green reflections
- Fluidity: Medium to medium
- Aroma: Medium fruity, decidedly herbaceous, with hints of artichoke and almond. Herbaceous aftertaste, artichoke, apple and almond
- Taste: Spicy and bitter notes of medium intensity
To keep intact the organoleptic qualities of our oil, we recommend storing it in a cool and dry place, away from light and heat sources. The dark bottle is designed to protect the oil from oxidation.
Recommended uses are:
Bruschette, fish, white meat, salads, fish tartare, boiled vegetables, mozzarella and fresh cheese
