Our Monovarietale Arancino is an organic extra virgin olive oil obtained exclusively from the pressing of Tuscan olives of Arancino varieties. In our hills of Montalbano we have in fact recovered this disappeared autochthonous variety, earning our monovarietal oil the recognition of Slow Food presidium.

- Aroma: Medium-intense fruity, decidedly herbaceous, with hints of almond and artichoke. Herbaceous aftertaste of artichoke and almond, balsamic
- Taste: Bitter and spicy medium-high
To keep intact the organoleptic qualities of our oil, we recommend storing it in a cool and dry place, away from light and heat sources. The dark bottle is designed to protect the oil from oxidation.
Recommended uses
Bruschetta, salads, tartare, soups, red meat, aged cheese, ice cream, chocolate.
